We understand that driving distance is a real consideration for families. Explore Academy - Peoria is located at 17667 N 91st Ave in Peoria, Arizona — conveniently situated in the West Valley. We also offer transportation to help make the commute easier. We offer intramural sports with other charter and private schools, an arts program, and student-interest clubs that meet during the school day — so every student can participate without needing after-school transportation. While our extracurricular menu may look different from a large district school, our intentional, in-school approach ensures no student is left out due to schedule or logistics. We also plan to grow our offerings as the school grows.

Enrollment at Explore Academy - Peoria is offered on a first-come basis. We encourage interested families to reach out or submit an application as early as possible to secure a spot. We currently serve students in Kindergarten through 11th grade. In the upcoming school year, we are expanding our high school program to include grades 9 through 11, and we are on track to offer a full K-12 program in the near future. Stay connected with us for updates on our grade expansion.

We take a multi-layered approach to supporting every learner. Our small class sizes allow teachers to identify challenges early. Our mastery-based model means students are never rushed past material they haven't fully understood. And students have access to tutoring during built-in flex periods during the school day — no after-school coordination required.

The school day runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. After-school care is available for families who need it. For K-5 students, half of every school day is focused on STEM learning. All students benefit from built-in flex periods for tutoring and enrichment. Clubs take place during the school day so all students can attend.
